Overview
Stripe is the primary payment processor for Kartivo. Connecting your Stripe account allows you to accept credit and debit card payments from customers worldwide.
How to Connect Stripe
- Log in to your Kartivo dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings → Payments.
- Click "Connect with Stripe".
- You will be redirected to Stripe's website. If you already have a Stripe account, log in. If not, you can create one during this process.
- Authorize Kartivo to access your Stripe account.
- You will be redirected back to Kartivo with a confirmation message.
After Connecting
Once connected, payments from your Kartivo sales will be deposited directly into your Stripe account. From there, Stripe handles payouts to your bank account based on your Stripe payout schedule.
Supported Payment Methods
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (if enabled in Stripe)
- SEPA Direct Debit (for European customers)
- iDEAL, Bancontact, and other local methods (varies by region)
Troubleshooting
- If the connection fails, ensure third-party cookies are enabled in your browser.
- If you see "Account restricted," check your Stripe dashboard for pending verification requirements.
