Who we are
Kartivo is operated by two affiliated entities. Which one you contract with, and which law applies, depends on the currency you are billed in.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Kartivo collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. It applies to the Kartivo website and platform.
Data we collect
Information you provide
- Account data — name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
- Business and billing data — business name, billing address, tax identifiers such as GSTIN, and the details required to issue a compliant invoice.
- Content you upload — products, funnels, pages, media and customer records you add to the platform.
- Support correspondence — messages you send us and our replies.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser and device type, operating system.
- Pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.
Payment information
We do not store your full card number, CVV or bank credentials. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers, who receive those details directly. We retain only a masked reference, the amount, currency, status and timestamp so we can service your account and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Why we use it
- To provide, operate, secure and improve the platform.
- To process payments, issue invoices and comply with tax law (including GST in India).
- To provide support and send service messages about your account, billing or security.
- To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms of Service.
- To send product or marketing communications where you have opted in — you can withdraw consent at any time.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the platform), legal obligation (tax, accounting, statutory retention), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement) and consent (optional marketing, non-essential cookies). Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process personal data for the lawful purposes described above with your consent or as otherwise permitted by that Act.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed:
- Payment processors — PhonePe, PayU, Cashfree, Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, PayPal and similar providers, depending on the payment method you use.
- Infrastructure and storage — cloud hosting, object storage and content delivery providers.
- Communications — email and messaging delivery providers used to send transactional messages.
- Analytics — providers that help us understand aggregate usage.
We may also disclose data where required by law, court order or a lawful request by a public authority, and in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — in which case we will give notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
International transfers
We operate in India and the United States, so your data may be transferred to and processed in either country and by service providers located elsewhere. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. After closure we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations — in India, financial records are generally retained for eight years. Backups are purged on their normal cycle.
Security
We use HTTPS/TLS in transit, hashed password storage, access controls and least-privilege administrative access, and we restrict who can access production data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authority of a personal data breach where the law requires it.
Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, portability, and withdrawal of consent. California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email Contact@webliska.com from your account address. We respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children
Kartivo is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your customers' data
When you use Kartivo to sell to your own customers, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor. Those arrangements are governed by our Data Processing Addendum.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-product notice, and the "last updated" date above will change.
