Our Story

Eight Years Building the Platform We Couldn't Buy

Kartivo began as a reconciliation ledger — one internal tool, written because nothing on the market could tell us what we had actually earned. Eight years later it runs the whole business: sites, funnels, campaigns, courses, memberships, community and an affiliate marketplace.

It has processed over $10 million in sales for our own products. Today we're opening it to everyone.

Who Built It

Two Founders, Eight Years, One Product

No agency built this and no investor commissioned it. It was written by the two people who needed it to work, for a business whose revenue depended on it being right.

Runs the product and the businesses that stress-test it. Most of what Kartivo does exists because a launch needed it on a deadline — and because the tool we were paying for couldn't do it.

Owns the engineering. Payment routing, reconciliation, subscription billing and the integration layer — the parts that have to be correct at 3am on launch night, not merely impressive in a demo.

Where It Started

It Began as a Ledger

We were selling digital products across several brands and half a dozen payment rails at once. Every one of them reported differently. Gateway settlements didn't match the platform dashboards, the platform dashboards didn't match the bank, and refunds and chargebacks landed weeks after the sale they belonged to.

Closing a month meant a spreadsheet and a weekend. So we stopped reconciling by hand and wrote a ledger that pulled every gateway into one truth — what came in, what went out, what was actually ours.

That ledger is still in Kartivo. It's the reason the numbers on your dashboard are the numbers in your bank.

What It Became

Every Tool We Needed, We Built Instead of Bought

Each piece below started the same way — a bill we resented paying, or a tool that couldn't do the one thing we needed. Eight years of that adds up to a platform.

Reconciliation Ledger

The original. Every gateway, settlement, refund, dispute and payout reconciled into one set of numbers you can close a month with.

Site Builder

Full sites and landing pages on your own domain — visual editor, template library, no developer and no monthly page-builder bill.

Funnel Builder

Order bumps, one-click upsells, downsells and cart recovery — attached directly to checkout, not bolted on through a webhook.

Campaigns

Email and messaging workflows triggered by what actually happened — a purchase, a failed payment, a lesson finished, a cart left behind.

Courses & Memberships

Sections, video lessons, drip scheduling, quizzes, certificates and a student portal — with access granted the moment payment clears.

Community Builder

Keep buyers where the product is instead of renting a group on someone else's platform. Membership follows the purchase automatically.

Affiliate Marketplace

Multi-tier commissions, click and conversion tracking, automated payouts — and a public marketplace where affiliates find your offer.

200+ Integrations

Payment gateways, email platforms, webinar tools, CRMs and automation services — connected natively, so there's no Zapier tax and nothing fails silently.

Why Now

We're Opening the Doors

For most of those eight years Kartivo was ours alone. It was never a side project or a demo — it was the system our own revenue depended on, and it was refined the only way software really gets refined: by breaking during a launch and being fixed before the next one.

It has now been battle-tested long enough, across enough launches and enough payment rails, that we're confident handing it to other people. So we are.

You get the platform at the state we run our own business on — not an early version, not a trimmed-down public edition. The same one.

How We Work

What Eight Years Taught Us

We Use It Before You Do

Every feature runs our own businesses first. If it isn't good enough for our launches, it doesn't ship for yours.

We Don't Touch Your Revenue

A flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your sales. We spent years paying that tax ourselves and have no intention of charging it.

The Numbers Have to Be Right

This started as a ledger, and that discipline stayed. A dashboard that's approximately correct is worse than no dashboard at all.

Bootstrapped, and Staying That Way

No outside capital and no growth targets set by someone else. We answer to the people paying for the product.

Run Your Business on What We Run Ours On

Eight years of building, $10M+ in sales, and a platform that finally has nothing left we'd want to replace. Take it for a fortnight and see.
