Overview
Kartivo lets you invite team members to your account with role-based permissions. This allows you to delegate tasks without sharing your personal login credentials.
Inviting a Team Member
- Navigate to Account → Team in your dashboard.
- Click "Invite Member".
- Enter the team member's email address.
- Select a role:
- Admin — Full access to all settings, products, and financial data.
- Editor — Can manage products, content, and email campaigns but cannot access billing or account settings.
- Support — Can view orders, respond to customer inquiries, and issue refunds.
- Viewer — Read-only access to the dashboard and reports.
- Click "Send Invite". The team member will receive an email with a link to join your account.
Managing Existing Members
From the Account → Team page, you can:
- Change roles — Click the member's current role to select a new one.
- Remove members — Click the remove icon to revoke access immediately.
- Resend invites — If an invite has expired, click "Resend" to send a new link.
Security Recommendations
- Follow the principle of least privilege — only grant the permissions each person needs.
- Review team access quarterly and remove inactive members.
- Require all team members to enable two-factor authentication.
- Use individual accounts rather than sharing a single login — this creates an audit trail of who did what.
