No earnings guarantee
We do not guarantee that you will earn any money using Kartivo. Kartivo is software for selling digital products. It does not create demand for what you sell, write your offer, or bring you an audience. Whether you earn anything depends on your product, your market, your pricing, your marketing, your effort, and factors outside anyone's control.
Any figures we publish — revenue, sales volume, conversion rates, "value" totals or example results — are illustrations, not promises. They describe what has happened for us or for specific users, and they are not a prediction of what will happen for you. Results are not typical, and your results will differ.
How to read a "value" figure
Where our pages state a total value for a bundle or package, that figure is our own estimate of what the individual components would cost if bought separately, at the prices we or comparable providers list. It is a comparison aid. It is not an appraisal, not a statement of resale value, and not a claim that you could sell those components for that amount.
Testimonials and examples
Testimonials reflect the individual experience of the person giving them. They are not paid unless we say so on the page, they are not verified as representative of all users, and they do not guarantee that anyone else will get the same outcome. A screenshot of a dashboard or earnings shows a single account at a single moment.
Forward-looking statements
Statements about features we intend to build, timelines, or how the market may develop are forward-looking and inherently uncertain. We may change our plans without notice, and nothing on a marketing page should be relied on as a commitment to deliver a specific feature by a specific date. What we are contractually obliged to provide is set out in the Terms of Service.
Affiliate and partner relationships
Kartivo operates an affiliate programme, and people who promote Kartivo may earn a commission on sales they refer. If you reached us through an affiliate link, the person who referred you may be paid for your purchase. That does not change the price you pay. Reviews and recommendations published by affiliates are their own opinions — we do not control them, and if an affiliate makes a promise about earnings, it is not binding on us.
We may also earn a commission from third-party services we recommend.
No professional advice
Nothing published by Kartivo is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. We describe how our software works, not how you should run or structure your business. Consult a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction before making decisions with legal or financial consequences — including how you charge tax, what your own refund terms should be, and how you handle your customers' personal data.
Third-party services
Kartivo integrates with payment gateways, email providers, advertising platforms and other third-party services. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies or decisions, and a change on their side may affect how a Kartivo feature behaves. Approval for a payment gateway account is granted by that provider, not by us.
Accuracy
We try to keep our pages accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything published is complete or error-free, and we may change pricing, features or content at any time. Where this Disclaimer and a marketing page disagree, this Disclaimer governs.
